习近平总书记于2005年8月在浙江湖州安吉考察时提出了“绿水青山就是金山银山”的科学论断。《山·水·星辰》的创作灵感就源自于此。整件作品由5个LED风扇显示器组成，显示器内播放的动画作品内容以“山、水、星辰”为创作元素，通过三维动画的方式呈现出“绿水青山”、“云之山”、“金山银山”、“冰之山”和“星辰之山”的艺术意象。

In August 2005, during his investigation in Anji, Huzhou, Zhejiang Province, President Xi Jinping put forward the scientific conclusion that “clear water and green mountains are gold and silver mountains”. The creative inspiration of “Mountain · Water · Stars” comes from this. The whole work is composed of 5 LED fan displays. The animation content played in the display takes “mountains, water and stars” as the creative elements, and presents the artistic images of “green water and green mountains”, “cloud mountain”, “Jinshan and silver Mountain”, “ice mountain” and “star mountain” through three-dimensional animation.
